Unter dem monarchos N- -, im Monat Batromios,am sechzehnten, zu Glück und Heil! Folgendes haben verfasstdie Vorsteher Nikandros S.d. Mikon, Hagesis S.d. Epi-kouros, Archedamas S.d. - -adas, Euaratos S.d. Eukar-pos, Philiskos S.d. Euaratos, und der Sekretär des RatesEuaratos S.d. Diokles: Die Poleten sollen verkaufendas Priestertum des Dionysos Thyllophorosim Monat Batromios am sechzehnten. Die Käuferinsoll gesund sein und unversehrt und nicht jünger alszehn Jahre. Sie soll lebenslang Priesterin sein. Von demerzielten (Kaufpreis) soll sie zwei Raten machen, dieerste im Monat Batromios unter dem amtierenden monarchos bis zum dreißigsten, diezweite bis zum vierzehntendes Monats Gerastios unter dem amtierenden monarchos , an die Vorsteher und Schatzmeister. Wennsie aber nicht die Raten abzahlt in der vorge-schriebenen Zeit, sollen sie die Vorsteherund die Schatzmeister anzeigen bei den Eintreibern, um dasDoppelte einzutreiben. Die Stadt soll die Priesterin weihen,die Kosten sollen die Schatzmeister erstatten. Dass diePriesterin geweiht werde gemäß dem, was Brauch ist, das sollendie Poleten verdingen. Es sei der Priesterin erlaubt, eine Unter-priesterin zu bestimmen, aber nur eine Bürgerin. Einer anderen sei nicht erlaubt,Priesteramt und Kult dem Dionysos Thyllophoros auszuüben,außer jener, die die Priesterin bestimmt hat in jedem Demos.Wenn eine hiergegen Priesteramt und Kult verrichtet, sei es erlaubtdem Vormund der Priesterin und jedem anderen, der will,vor dem Rat anzuzeigen diejenige, die das Priesteramt ausübt,als Frevlerin an der Stadt. Von den für Dionysos Thyllophoros geopfertenTieren soll die Opfernde der Priesterin Ehrengaben geben: von Schafenund ausgewachsenen Opfertieren: Schenkel und Haut und einen Triobolos; vonausgewachsenen: Kopf und Füße und Haut und eine Drachme. Es sollvon dem, was eine zusätzlich auf den Opfertisch für den Gott legt, die Hälfteder Priesterin sein. Derjenigen, die die Ehrengaben nicht abgibt, wie vorgeschrieben, solldas Opfer als nicht geopfert gelten. Auf den Altar soll alle Opfer legen die Priesterinoder die von ihr bestimmte Unterpriesterin. Es soll die Käuferindes Priestertums zahlen an die Vorsteher - - - des Antigoneions jährlichfür die Pflege des Heiligtums - - dr. - - -Wenn sie aber nicht zahlt - - -.
